100% electric at ABBIT

After driving one pure electric car since 2011, ABBIT decided, to buy no more oil consuming cars. From now on anyone that needs their car replaced can choose from a list of a reasonably priced, full electric cars. At the same time we will maximise our solar electricity production and minimise heating on gas or oil. We do this for health, energy independence, the environment and to stop oil based wars.           Maarten Vanneste, August 2015.

What is a Multi Hub Meeting?

The no-travel, face-to-face meeting format for medium-sized groups

A multi-hub meeting is a meeting involving a number of groups at different locations all connected by high-tech. The groups enjoy a highly interactive international meeting that feels just like everyone is in the same room.

Why should you attend?

- You will discover a new and emerging meeting format that is fast becoming a trend for the future
- You will learn from an expert with experience in organizing and producing multi-hub conferences

Got to know the key advantages

- How the multi-hub meeting provides global reach without requiring delegates to travel
- How it enables meetings that would otherwise be impossible
- How it keeps meetings affordable and sustainable

FREE WEBINAR on MULTI HUB meetings (30 min.)

Multi what? Multiple meetings bringing people at different locations together at the same time - all connected by high-tech and feeling as if they really are in the same room.

High-tech: The ABBIT team deploys the amazing ‘One Man and A Suitcase’ formula. The technicians self-ship all crucial and sensitive equipment in their hand luggage. We can build up for medium-sized groups at virtually any location on any continent.

And the participants? They gain by not having to travel and everyone benefits from limited out-of-office time. And they can participate while in their own meeting space, whether that’s at a hospital, a company, a university, etc.

The tools? Top-level AV and technology, global voting and co-creation technology allow for serious engagement, live debate and speaker moderation by a global chair.
There’s no delay. The reliable quality plus the unique feeling of taking part in an innovative meeting means participants score a very high Net Promotor Score (up to 60%!) while organizers excel through an innovative and green event. The case we present involves a large multinational company that runs many of these short international conferences that more people than ever are attending.

Join our webinar: ABBIT Meeting Innovators is happy to share some of the secrets of this innovative meeting format for international organizations. We’ll illustrate for you the key elements that enable multi-hub meetings to play such a successful role in the conference landscape.
